I would appreciate an early response in principle, but your entry will be accepted once the forms are complete and entry fee is paid as below
(you can adjust player details closer to the event)

We will, as last year, need help with organising this event as it falls at a time when resources are stretched. So anyone or any club who can help to run this will be welcomed.

Players should be bona-fide members of your clubs, except you are allowed 2 “guests” who are NOT playing in the National Indoor League for another club.
Rules are attached, we are back to 6-a-side – 2016 rules.

Entry cost per team is £100, payable to Surrey HA

Squad in Portsmouth
Surrey game details were:

1. Surrey v Navy & RAF. Surry win 3-0, Scorers Andy Pike & Tom Doran (2)
2. Surrey v Leicestershire. Surrey win 2-0, Scorer Tom McLean (2)
3. Surrey v Isle of Man. Surrey win 7-2, Scorers Sean Pearcy (2), Andy Pike (2), Tom Doran & Tom Pickerskil (2)
4. Surrey v Herefordshire. Draw 1-1, Scorer Tom Pickersgil

On the 30th May the squad headed off to the finals to play the Army in the Semi-Finals. A win in that game would confirm promotion to the B division and then a "Final" for the C division championship.

MensCC WebThe Semi-final against the Army ended in a 5-0 win for Surrey and promotion to the B division secured. Goal scorers were Sean Pearcy (2), Mo Rahman, Simon Bond & Tom Pickersgill

This set up a final against Nottinghamshire, who had won the other "C" pool and had just beaten Herefordshire 6-2 in their semi-final.

The hardest game of the whole campaign, which you would expect, saw Surrey in a 3-0 losing position at half time. Some inspired coaching points from Steve Hardy (Head Coach) at half time saw Surrey come out of the blocks fast and getting back to 3-2 within a matter on 2 minutes, and eventually going on to win the game 6-4 and being promoted as Champions. Goals from Simon Bond (2), Joe Wainright, Tom Pickersgill, Andy Pett & Mike Trim
